so I do these 
lil 10 minute videos 
for years now 
on tiktok 

my daughter vivi 
got me on there 
becky becky becky 
she had tried for a full year 

somehow 
during covid 
we did one 
and yes I loved it right away 

took a while to find my groove 
this new art form 
video shorts 
with authenticity the goal 

it has changed recently 
who gets censored 
when and why 
cruelty on the climb 

I saw a study 
a science teacher 
filled two cylinders with tap water  
had half the class 

speak negatively to their water 
insults - darkness - unloving 
the other half did just the opposite 
only positivity - praise -concern - kindness

he then froze the water 
the difference was immense 
the negative one was fractured 
in disarray - chaos 

the positive one was beautiful 
swirls in clear lines 
grace beauty cohesion 
nature made this 

tiktok was getting too dark 
fracturing my innards 
muscle and bone 
so I came here 

a more peaceful kingdom 
on which one can share 
their art in many forms 
for those truly interested 

and I am so thankful 
ricki lake told me to follow her
over to the safe place 
and as usual - I listened 

we r gonna to a weekly live together 
as soon as we figure out how 
we r newbies 
but learning quickly 

with the help of the substack 
team of helpers 
experts in creating
