Oh my God Rosie! I love this so much! The journey you went through to come to your decision. So well written and heartfelt thank you for sharing.

Whatever works for you, for us all, is ok. Facelift, no facelift, whatever. We’re all doing the best we can with what we have. Support each other. Be kind.

What an absolutely lovely way to look at it Rosie I’ve always admired you for your positivity, your moxie, your candor, and mostly your heart this is exactly why. Be you that’s all we can do, and you do it beautifully.

Rock on Rosie! Out and proud with a better jawline. I came out in high-school at 16 in 1981. That was hell. Know that so many of your sister's watched, our hearts with all of you, as you came out, on a whole other scale. So brave and it helped all of us.

We love you.

P.S. I've lost weight too and am having the same battle so thank you.

Great share! Be true to yourself, the rest is noise 💖

I could not love this more. Incredibly relatable. I lost 54lbs and am doing all I can for my face (absent surgery) but had brachioplasty a few months back and am sorting through how I feel explaining the (still horrendous) scars- or why I feel the need to explain at all.

This is beautifully written. It’s your body and your say. You have to do what makes you feel better not what others may say. If no one noticed then it was well done! Good for you.

Some of us don’t have tik tok. I feel as you do, go back and forth. Battle with the mirror daily. I’m happy for you Rosie!! 💖

Hi Deb,

I feel you completely. It stinks if you ask me.

I personally don’t go there- the tick, because when I do, I can’t just hang out, have fun and why?

I have TikTok stalkers and no matter what I do they find me.

Not safe for myself.

Not worth watching, with all due respect, some person talking about…what?

I’m with you, no TikTok here and I love your photo Deb Clute! Peaceful flower child, my name is Tera like Terra Firma or Terracotta but I am a flower child of our mother, Earth too

The tick, the talk

I came back to reply to myself because I've been thinking about what's right in relation to what you said. I couldn't find the right answer and then realized it's the wrong question. It's not about evaluating the decision, but that you deliver whatever it is from a loving place.

My big lesson from 2025 was from this guy I heard on a panel. Being a good New Ager, the idea we hold is to love everyone. You know, like Christ. But no, you don't have to love anyone to do what you need to do, which is to come from a loving place.

“Every single thing we do in this life should come from love. Every action, every statement, even if you have to let somebody go, the hardest thing you have to do, can you do it with love and not anger, fear, greed? Most business decisions come from fear and greed. Can you make that exact same decision but from a place of love?” This quote, by Raj Sisodia, who works with business leaders, is in this stringing together of eight minutes of his remarks on a panel about ‘human energy.’: https://suzannetaylor.substack.com/p/the-key-to-life

I did the Tok so others don’t have to

I love everything about this 💛 especially the outcome. We juggle every external expectation of us as women that we get to own the basics. And have every right to feel the power of choice, change and freedom. You look great!
